Equinox Womb Ritual

The Spring Equinox is a time of growth and rebirth.

Come join the Moon Sisters as we journey into our WOMB  and finding our WOMB power. Then allow the power to fill us up and run free.

Doors open at 5:30pm/ Event begin at 6pm

Event Itinerary:

* Womb Goddess Tune-in 

* Puff + Meditation 

* Guided Paint Session (with music) 

* Breathe + Movement Meditation activation 

Let the move groove into your body/ take form however it it needs with

* African Drums

Release everything on the dance floor then settle down/ embrace the energy / wrap it like a blanket with 

*Gong meditation

* Closing ceremony

Bring a yoga mat for the gong meditation.
