Wholesale Account Application Instructions & Information

To be eligible for a wholesale account you must be in a business, and have an EIN number. If you have any questions about whether or not you qualify for an account, please contact us at wombshanti@gmail.com.

• To apply for a wholesale account, or to activate your existing wholesale account for online ordering, please fill out and submit the form below. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

• Please be sure to provide us with a valid email address so that we can notify you once your account has been approved and activated.

• We require a minimum order of $300. 

• Sales tax will be charged on all orders unless you are able to supply a tax exception form. 

• You will be able to access wholesale information, such as wholesale pricing, when you receive an email stating that your wholesale account has been ACTIVATED.

• Acceptance of wholesale suppliers is based solely on our discretion, we will only accept wholesaler's whose business vision complement ours.
